Lead Facilitator: Demmie Hicks, DBH Consulting

About: Years of immersion in the insurance industry have prepared DBH Consulting to help agencies and companies create the change needed to drive business growth.

In fact, CEOs from around the U.S. have turned to DBH to help them craft a plan for growth and development, then engage the entire enterprise to execute to plan. This process – which is never exactly the same – has consistently transformed organizations and made an impact on the bottom line.

The services DBH provides are familiar – strategic planning and execution, talent management, sales development, succession planning and more – but the way in which DBH works is distinct. Consultants typically unearth what’s wrong; DBH architects and helps manage the process to correct it. Whether applying new approaches to energize and motivate people, evolving the company culture or promoting greater accountability, DBH has the skill and flexibility to serve as an effective third-party change agent.
